Florida will continue to be the setting for intense activity in this area of commerce. Phil Blank served as chairman of the Florida Bar Health Law Committee, is a member of the American Academy of Hospital Attorneys, and served as member of the Statewide Health Council. His publications have been cited in opinions by the First District Court of Appeal.
